Great.
Garlic, go figure.
So how to best eat going forward?
Cooking my own foods, or at least assembling meals from pre-cooked groceries is the best forseeable option.
Of note:
I found some terrific foods without garlic which normally have garlic in them, in the grocery store while foraging through the aisles for lunch today; here's the list:
SALSAS
Herdez Salsa Verde
Herdez Salsa Casera Mild
Then, I just got a can of garbanzo beans, scooped out about half and rinsed them, added them to a cup of minute rice which I cooked in the microwave, added some garlic-free salsa verde, and a pat of butter, and voila! Complete protein, not too spicy and satisfying. Only thing was I wish I'd had a bit of avocado.
